Eliahu Cohen is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel. His main research interests are mostly related to quantum information and quantum foundations. He did his PhD in Tel Aviv University under the supervision of Professors Yakir Aharonov and Lev Vaidman. He then became a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Bristol (Popescu group). Alongside with his theoretical studies of quantum information/computation, weak measurements, nonlocality and other foundational topics, he has been collaborating with a few experimental groups, e.g. the Turin group (performing together the first demonstrations of sequential weak measurements and protective measurements) and the Kyoto group (studying together the use of photonic quantum routers).
